Modern, Colorful, Fall Wedding Inspiration | Buckley, WA

Are you planning a fall wedding in Washington full of texture and vibrant color? Look no further than this stunning wedding inspiration at a new venue, Legacy Farms in Buckley, Washington. With a complex palette of tonal hues such as mauve, terra cotta, peach, honey, ivory, and blush, the color palette in this wedding will leave you inspired. As a wedding florist in Seattle, I’m excited to show you how you can incorporate modern and colorful florals into your fall wedding. This design goes far beyond the traditional yellow, orange, and burgundy colors associated with autumn leaves.

Let's start with the bridal bouquet. This modern bouquet features cymbidium orchids, anemones, sarracenia, limonium, garden roses, and lisianthus. The smoky blue velvet ribbon adds perfect contrast to the bouquet. Not to mention, this bouquet is full of texture and rich color against the bride's modern white gown.

The groom's floral lapel is another notable detail. A classic black tux paired with a bold floral lapel will make a statement for any person wearing a suit. This design features a cymbidium orchid bloom, various mums, and accented with foliage. We would recommend a similar design to anyone wearing a suit for their wedding and wants to make a STATEMENT with their personal flowers.

The design of the ceremony space sets the tone for the rest of the wedding celebration. The aisle flowers were simple but impactful, featuring dried bracken fern, dried blue hydrangea, and a handful of reflexed amnesia roses in each arrangement. The aisle entrance flowers were elevated on pedestals featured roses, mums, nandina foliage, and dried ferns. The organic floral installation on the each side of the arbor adds more color and texture to the ceremony space. Finally, candles on the steps leading to the arbor add extra dimension a grey PNW fall day.

The tablescape design was simple and elegant. The dusty blue velvet linen provided a luxe backdrop for the other elements. It complemented the warm hues of the flowers perfectly which mostly focused on simpler designs that embraced gold and terra cotta tones. Honest Calligraphy created beautiful, minimal menus that were accented with a sprig of white limonium on top for an extra touch of texture.

Incorporating a complex color palettes and unique textures into wedding florals can make all the difference in elevating the space and aesthetic. As a wedding florist in Seattle, I thrive on creating wedding floral concepts with complex color palettes and luxe blooms.
